Well-Being Protocols 

The safety of our attendees, speakers, and staff at the Azara 2022 Annual User Conference is a top priority. All 2022 Annual Conference attendees will be asked to participate in and abide by all safety protocols implemented onsite for the event. We will continue to closely monitor all conditions related to COVID-19 between now and the start of the event and reserve the right to modify health screening protocols as directed by the city of Boston. We will inform you of any such changes so you can properly plan for your attendance.

Vaccination Requirement: As of 2/18/22, the COVID-19 vaccine mandate has been lifted.  Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is no longer required.

Mask Wearing Policy: As of 3/5/22, masks are no longer required to be worn in indoor facilities. Masking is still recommended to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and for those with heightened risk factors.

Hand Sanitizer Stations: We will provide hand sanitization stations throughout the event spaces for use. Frequent hand washing is also strongly encouraged.

COVID-19 Symptoms or Exposure: Attendees should not attend the conference if they are experiencing or exhibiting any COVID-19 related symptoms or if they have tested positive for COVID-19 within the past 10 days. 

Cancellation:

Azara will follow all COVID-19 protocols per the city of Boston. If directed to cancel by the city of Boston, all attendees will receive a full refund. 

All other cancellations:

Cancellation notifications must be received in writing prior to the start of the conference.

• Notifications received prior to Friday, April 1, 2022 will be issued full refund.
• Notifications received after Friday, April 1, 2022 and before Monday, May 2, 2022 will be issued a refund less a $75.00 processing fee.
• Cancellations or no shows on or after Monday, May 2, 2022 will not be issued a refund.
