The 2025 NACHC Policy and Issues Forum (P&I) is where the change-makers and thought leaders in the Health Center Movement gather momentum and focus on the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
Health center leaders from around the country – doctors, nurses, CEOs, and consumer board leaders –will descend on the halls of Congress, share their stories and underscore that long-term sustainability is essential to meet the growing demand for care.

ViVE merges the leadership of CHIME and the marketplace of HLTH to create a digital health event focused on the business of transformation in healthcare - bringing together C-suite executives, senior digital health leaders and buyers, health startups and investors, policymakers, the patient community, and solution providers.

CPCA's Quality & Technology Conference is designed to disseminate best practices and share innovative projects that directly support the strategic use of technology at health centers to deliver high-quality care. Each year the Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers (the Alliance) hosts more than 250 Community Health Center (CHC) team members from across the state and partner organization representatives from across the country for its Annual Conference. Participants include executive and senior leadership from CHCs, Look-Alikes, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Rural Health Centers, hospitals, tribal organizations, and other safety net providers. This conference highlights best practices in primary healthcare service delivery, current issues affecting CHCs and their patients, health center board governance, and the Health Center Program.

The California Primary Care Association (CPCA) and the Western Clinicians Network (WCN) partner each year to host the Region IX Clinical Excellence & Leadership Conference. This multi-day conference brings together healthcare leadership from across the region to focus on health center clinical and management teams with the goal of improving overall efficiency and effectiveness in care delivery.

CONNECTIONS is the Netsmart annual user group conference that brings our clients, subject matter experts and partners together for learning, networking and collaboration.





The Missouri Primary Health Care Association (MPCA) will host its 2025 Annual Conference on October 22-24, 2025 at the St. Charles Convention Center in St. Charles, MO. The conference planning committee is seeking speaker proposals for our training sessions.

The 2025 NWRPCA/CHAMPS Annual Primary Care Conference will take place from October 25-28, 2025 in Spokane, WA, and will address the needs of Region 18 (Regions VIII and X) Community Health Center staff and board members. The conference includes networking events, educational sessions, prominent keynote speakers, and exhibiting/sponsorship opportunities. More information will be available throughout the spring and summer.


CPCA hosts this annual program for our members, partners, and community health champions to enable attendees to learn from one another and honor those who have been instrumental through the year in providing whole person, whole community care to nearly 8 million health center patients in California.
