The theme of this year’s Forum is “Community Focus For Collective Impact”. Thirty four West Virginia Community Health Centers serve over 550,000 patients, representing over one third of the Mountain State’s population. We have not only a great responsibility, but a great opportunity to use our network and collective strength to impact the communities we serve in a positive way. This year’s Forum will focus on topics suggested by you- such as updates from state and federal partners, AI in healthcare, value-based forecasting, quality improvement success stories, SDoH, leveraging population health, workforce and culture, and advocacy.

The 2024 Medicaid Health Plans of America Annual Conference is the "largest Medicaid Managed Care Annual Conference presented by the nation's leading trade association exclusively dedicated to Medicaid" (MHPA). Join the session titled Collaborating to Automate Pregnancy Risk Assessment and Ensure Continuity of Medicaid Coverage on 9/12 at 11:30, as LuAnn Kimker, SVP of Clinical Transformation at Azara Healthcare, presents alongside Mark Rastetter, Erin Brigham, Jessica Ball, and Joel Kauffman.

The Louisiana Primary Care Association is returning to Shreveport, LA for a full slate of engaging educational sessions, nationally acclaimed speakers, and ample opportunities to gather with old friends and make new ones. The 2024 Annual Conference and Clinical Summit, “Writing the Script for Community Health Success,” is to be held on Oct. 8-10, 2024. Pennsylvania’s “community of Community Health Centers” leaders, healthcare providers and healthcare workers will gather for professional development, important conversations, memorable learning experiences, and inspiration.

With the theme “Whole Person Care: A Sustainable Delivery System,” this Conference marks a significant milestone in advancing the discourse on comprehensive healthcare solutions that address the quality of total person health care for the diverse needs of individuals and communities.

This year’s conference theme is entitled: “Thriving in Transition: Cultivating Innovation in Community Health Centers.” Attendees will have the opportunity to network with industry professionals, fellow health center colleagues, and sponsors/exhibitors while gaining valuable professional development skills to aid in providing necessary tools in cultivating innovation and becoming an employer/ provider/partner of choice.

The conference theme, "Challenge to Opportunity: Health Centers at the Forefront of Innovation," embodies the spirit of resilience and forward momentum that defines the health center movement. Gather with stakeholders, colleagues, and partners to celebrate and learn about FQHCs and the critical role they play in Maine’s healthcare infrastructure. Over two days, this conference will feature in-depth presentations, panel discussions, and conversations that dive into equity and access, workforce and operations issues, patient safety, and much more.

NACHC’s FOM/IT con­fer­ence is a gath­er­ing of over 700 health cen­ter senior lead­ers, man­agers, and staff CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs and finance, oper­a­tions and IT staff from across the coun­try. The conference provides an opportunity for participants to inter­act with their col­leagues, indus­try experts and pow­er­ful speak­ers to share proven tech­niques and tools and dis­cover inno­v­a­tive strate­gies nec­es­sary to trans­form their orga­ni­za­tions.
