Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary

Azara Healthcare is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with 2+ years of experience supporting key HR functions, including recruitment and employee relations. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities while partnering with employees, managers, and external vendors to ensure efficient process and positive employee experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    • Partner with third-party recruiting firm to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.
    • Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting metrics, and candidate communications
    • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle

Employee Relations

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace concerns
    • Support employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions
    • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee engagement
    • Promote a respectful, inclusive, and productive work environment

HR Operations & Administration

    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems (HRIS)
    • Assist with benefits administration and employee communications
    • Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation

Compliance & Policy

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
    • Participate in audits and maintain compliance documentation

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
    • Experience partnering with third-party recruiting agencies preferred
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (Rippling preferred)
    • Experience in a fast-paced or growing organization

Azara offers a full suite of medical plans, 401(k) plan, 11 company holidays, 4 weeks of paid time off and other benefits.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000. Final offers for this position will be based upon several factors including the scope of the role, market compensation analysis, position requirements, candidate’s experience level and capabilities, specific candidate geographic location, internal pay equity considerations and will be made within the parameters of the of Azara Healthcare’s compensation framework and philosophy.
