Executive Assistant

Location: Burlington, MA
Hybrid (In-office 4 days per week)

 

Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the President and CEO as well as the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a strong presence in the office to support team activities and light office management.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

    • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, including calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
    • Prepare, edit, and format high-quality PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings, board meetings, company meetings and internal communications
    • Manage expense reports accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies
    • Coordinate travel arrangements as needed, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
    • Execute ad hoc and ongoing projects.

Office & Team Support

    • Support light office management tasks, including coordinating with facilities, managing supplies, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
    • Assist with planning and execution of team activities, leadership and team offsites, and in-person meetings

Administrative & Operational Tasks

    • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
    • Track action items and follow up on deliverables from executive meetings
    • Continuously improve administrative processes and workflows to increase efficiency

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role, preferably supporting multiple senior executives
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders

Work Environment

    • Hybrid role requiring in-office presence 4 days per week to support executive and team needs
    • Dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring flexibility and adaptability

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $100,000. Final offers for this position will be based upon several factors including the scope of the role, market compensation analysis, position requirements, candidate’s experience level and capabilities, specific candidate geographic location, internal pay equity considerations and will be made within the parameters of the of Azara Healthcare’s compensation framework and philosophy.
