Senior Technical Support Specialist

You will have the opportunity to investigate and resolve escalated, complex customer support issues, taking ownership of solutions through SQL mapping enhancements. In this role, you’ll support a diverse customer base and work across unique product offerings, gaining broad exposure and deep expertise.

Role and Responsibilities

Utilize SQL skills to resolve customer issues and improve the team's technical abilities

Act as the escalation point for complex issues requiring EHR and DRVS product knowledge

Educate customers on appropriate data entry workflows

Serve as a key resource for product, logic, and client knowledge

Provide dedicated specialized support for high profile clients

Represent management in crucial internal meetings

Additional responsibilities not specified here that may be needed

 

Essential Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics strongly preferred.

Advanced database and SQL skills are essential, such as modifying and creating complex SQL queries

Candidate must be proficient and comfortable working in a technical environment

Candidate should have at least 2-years of customer service experience, interacting directly with clients

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment and adjustment of priorities based on multiple stakeholders

Healthcare industry processes experience, including EHR knowledge

 

Desirable skills

Experience supporting and/or implementing a SaaS product preferred

Experience with a customer service ticketing system, preferably Jira

 

Azara offers a full suite of medical plans, 401(k) plan, 11 company holidays, 4 weeks of paid vacation and other benefits.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000. Final offers for this position will be based upon several factors including the scope of the role, market compensation analysis, position requirements, candidate’s experience level and capabilities, specific candidate geographic location, internal pay equity considerations and will be made within the parameters of the of Azara Healthcare’s compensation framework and philosophy.
