Value-Based Care Implementation Analyst

Azara Healthcare is a leader in the population health management industry. As a Value-Based Care Implementation Analyst you will be responsible for executing the technical components of the VBC Module Implementations. You will ensure the customers receive the highest standard of technical implementation of the Azara VBC modules.  You will be responsible for following and improving policies and procedures in the VBC Implementation team to ensure consistent and excellent service with existing products. Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the technical primary point of contact for customers implementing the Azara VBC Modules
  • Meet the expected timeline and quality standards laid out in the VBC Implementation process
  • Validate the data related to the VBC Module Implementations
  • Analyze product bugs and enhancements requiring escalation with Engineering or Product teams
  • Assist the support team with troubleshooting escalated VBC reporting technical issues

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Candidate preferred to have a bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or Information Systems
  • Must have 2+ years’ experience in Value Based Care, and/or population health software
  • 3 + years working with health plan data in Medicaid, Medicare or Commercial line of business
  • Candidate must have advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Candidate preferred experience managing an end-user ticketing/support platform required, Jira specifically a plus 

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities

  • Should possess good oral and written communication skills and be willing to act as a team player, sharing information willingly and accurately, and ability to convert verbal requirements into working solutions
  • Demonstrated experience with databases and able to leverage SQL for issue resolution and fixes
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously; must be both detailed and deadline oriented
  • Must be analytical, organized, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Should have strong interpersonal skills
